4. OSAS Credit Services

4.1 Eligibility

OSAS Credit services are subject to credit approval. Eligibility is determined based on transaction history, business profile, and other factors.

4.2 Payment Terms

If approved for OSAS Credit, you agree to repay the outstanding amount within the specified payment terms (typically 15-30 days).

4.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in additional charges, suspension of credit facilities, and impact on your credit limit.

5. Fees and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
