We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with OSAS within the first 30 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund - no questions asked.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

3.1 Eligible for Refund

  • First-time subscriptions within 30 days of purchase
  • Annual plan renewals within 14 days of renewal
  • Service outages exceeding 24 consecutive hours
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

3.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Subscriptions active for more than 30 days
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • OSAS Credit facility charges and interest
  • Transaction processing fees
  • Add-on services and one-time purchases (after 7 days)

  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

5.2 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • UPI: 2-5 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • Wallet: 1-3 business days

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:

  • Pro-rated refund for unused months on annual plans
  • Partial refund for service-related issues
  • Credit towards future subscription instead of refund

7. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access until the end of your billing period
  • No future charges will be made
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation

8. OSAS Credit Refunds

OSAS Credit facility charges are separate from subscription fees. Credit-related charges including:

  • Credit facility usage charges
  • Late payment fees
  • Interest charges

These are not eligible for refund as they represent actual credit extended and are governed by separate credit terms.

9. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, particularly in cases of:

  • Extended service outages
  • Significant feature changes
  • Special circumstances
